This automatic gasket inserting machine is customized for fastener industry thread rolling production lines. It consists of heavy-duty frame lifting mechanism, dual/triple vibration feeding disks, 2 sets linear feeders, 7-inch PLC touch control system, variable speed motor, photoelectric sensor and complete control circuit system.

7-inch PLC Controller

Central intelligent control system with speed adjustment knobs, emergency stop & operation indicator lights, convenient for fault diagnosis & parameter setting.

Washer Vibrating Disk

Do not set excessive vibration pressure, otherwise it will accelerate abrasion of photoelectric sensor and shorten service life.

Screw Vibrating Disk

Avoid bending the screw conveying pipeline, bent pipes will cause screw jamming during automatic feeding process.

Straight Linear Feeder

Vibration intensity of feeding track should not be over-adjusted, excessive vibration will push screws out of track and affect machine running stability.

Central Assembly Working Head

Ensure smooth sliding of positioning nozzles, stuck nozzles will block screw feeding and lead to incomplete gasket assembly.
